Shipping policy

We offer shipping to customers located in the UK using Royal Mail.

We pack orders on the day of ordering and aim to ship items on the next Royal Mail business day. If an order was on a Bank Holiday Weekend, please expect a delay for when it will be shipped, we appreciate your patience in these cases. Please refer to the table below for a rough guidance of when orders placed outside hours would be shipped.

Monday to Friday	Order Packed on the day of ordering. Shipped out next day.
Saturday & Sunday	Order Packed on the day of ordering. Shipped out Monday unless Bank Holiday.

There may be factors outside our control that cannot guarantee we will meet the expected time frame. This will be communicated with you directly or through our various channels.

Pre-Order

Please note that items that are Pre-Orders will be shipped out in attempt to be delivered to you on release date, and not before.

Once a pre-order item is shipped out, it is outside Goldenrod Game Corner's control if the item will arrive with you by the release date. Please note that as most release dates are on Friday, if the courier did not deliver by the date, then please allow them up to Monday to deliver your order. We always ship with tracking so you can also track your order through the courier service (Royal Mail).

If your order contains pre-order item(s), then all items in that order will only be shipped once the pre-order item which releases on the latest date is ready to ship.
